In brief, what exactly is LivePepper?

LivePepper is a free, easy-to-use software application that lets you quickly create an online shop and consult orders made on the Internet.

Absolutely. With LivePepper, you can create a fully functional online shop for free. No subscription, no installation costs, no fees. It's free!

There is only one condition: you must be sponsored by an existing LivePepper user to benefit from this service.

Why do I have to be sponsored to create my shop?

To better serve our existing users, for the time being, we wish to limit their number.

If you know one of our users, ask them to sponsor you: simply start the LivePepper application, select "Sponsor" from the "Help" menu, and specify the recommendation code displayed.

Is it easy to create a LivePepper shop?

To create your LivePepper shop, simply go to the "Registration" section, enter a few details, choose your shop's appearance from the various available models, and your shop will be immediately activated. All that's left to do is to download the free LivePepper application to enter your products and receive your first orders!

Why do I need to download an application?

The LivePepper application provides you with a user-friendly interface to enter or modify the products that appear in your shop. It also allows you to be immediately informed of any new orders made on your site, and to interact with your customers in just a few clicks.

This application is free, and runs in all Windows environments.

So how does LivePepper make any money?

We provide optional, fee-charging services: a personalised Internet address (with a .com suffix) costs 8 € a month. Further optional services will soon be available, such as online payment, or receiving orders by mobile phone.

To receive orders, does my computer have to always be switched on?

Orders are saved on our servers. Consequently, your computer does not have to be switched on to record your orders.

When you start LivePepper, you gain access to all the orders made on your online shop, including those recorded while your computer was switched off.
