Managing your product prices and availabilities

Managing product prices and availabilities on your online ordering site is one of the expert functionalities available with LivePepper. It lets you directly manage the prices and availabilities of products, whenever necessary.

Managing your product prices and availabilities via your LivePepper back office

To access this function, in your restaurant’s LivePepper back office, go to “Menu > Prices/availabilities”.

You can then select or deselect the products depending on their availability, or change the corresponding prices. Note: you can do this directly by product family, or in line with the collection method (eat in, delivery, or takeaway).

An advantage for multi-site restaurants

If you own a multi-site restaurant chain, this option lets you simply and centrally manage the prices and availabilities of the products in each of your sales outlets. To change an outlet’s prices and availabilities:

  • Log in to your back office.
  • Go to Menu > Prices/availabilities.
  • Select the outlet concerned in the drop-down list of sales outlets.
  • Click Change.
  • Then change the prices and availabilities of products by selecting or deselecting the corresponding boxes, as seen previously.
